TrueCost Pro

The whole container, not one product at a time

TrueCost Pro is the working version of TrueCost: every product in the shipment, saved to your account, allocated properly, reconciled against what you were actually charged, and exportable as a report you can hand to a partner or a bank.

What Pro adds

Everything below is built and working today. We do not list features that do not exist.

Multi-product shipments

One project holds every product in the container. Each product carries its own name, internal SKU, HS code, duty rate, quantity, weight, volume, selling price and target margin.

Shared cost allocation

Freight, insurance, clearing and delivery are allocated across products by purchase value, quantity, weight or volume — so your per-product cost reflects reality.

Meaningful HS fields

The HS code is normalised and split into chapter, international six digits and national extension, with the official tariff description, source URL and verification date recorded on the report.

Unlimited excise and levies

Add as many rules as the destination requires, at shipment or product level: percentage, specific per item/kg/ton/litre/gallon, or fixed, each with optional minimum, maximum and VAT-base treatment.

Scenarios and comparison

Test a freight increase or a different exchange rate, and duplicate a project to compare two suppliers or shipping options side by side.

Reconciliation

After clearance, enter the actual invoice and customs assessment figures and see the variance against your estimate, product by product.

Cloud saving

Projects are stored against your account. Sign in on another device and your work is there — and nobody else can read it.

Reports and export

Export a full CSV including every intermediate figure, or print a clean report to paper or PDF.

Actual landed cost, customs assessment and invoice reference against your estimate, with variance.
