The short version
If TrueCost Pro doesn't do what this website says it does, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We would rather return your money than argue about it.
Try before you buy
The free calculator uses the same calculation engine as TrueCost Pro. If the method suits your business there, the paid workspace will behave the same way on a larger shipment.
When we refund
- The workspace does not work for you and we cannot fix it.
- A capability described on the Pro page is missing or not functioning.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You changed your mind within 14 days and have not exported bulk reports.
When we may decline
- The request is a disagreement about duty or tax rates you entered, rather than a fault in the tool. Rates are yours to verify — see our terms.
- The request comes long after purchase and after extended use.
- The purchase was made to evade a suspension for breach of the terms.
How to request one
Write to us from the email address you purchased with, tell us what went wrong, and we will reply. See contact. We will not ask you to justify a change of mind within the 14-day window.
How long it takes
We process approved refunds through Stripe within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
What happens to your access
When a full refund is issued, your TrueCost Pro access is automatically withdrawn as soon as the payment provider confirms the reversal — the same applies if a payment is charged back. A partial refund does not withdraw access. Your saved projects remain in your account, you can export them to CSV before the refund is issued, and you may ask us to send your export afterwards.
